How To Save Money By Making Pumpkin Spice At Home
Pumpkin Spice is expensive. A tiny container that is only slightly over 1 ounce is in the $3~$4 price range. What if you want more than that? That tiny container won’t last you all fall. You could easily use more than a couple of those doing the recipes in my upcoming Paleo Pumpkin Recipies Ebook. So we need to make it ourselves. Luckily this is both cheap and easy.
By cheap, I don’t mean less than the price of 1 container of pumpkin spice. To make this mix it will be a larger upfront cost. Probably in the $10 range. But you will make enough to last all year.
If you are like me you probably have all the ingredients to make pumpkin spice already. Or some of them. I feel that the main two ingredients are Cinnamon and nutmeg. You can’t make this without those two. No way no how. You will just have noodle water seasoning. The rest of the spices you can play with to suit your taste.
