It’s hump day of the second week of giveaways for National Preparedness Month. Up today is a Sport Berkey Water Bottle from Jeff the Berkey Guy at LPC Survival. The bottle holds 22 ounces. It will purify up to 110 gallons of tap water or 27 gallons of questionable water. Day Seven of the National Preparedness Month of giveaways! Up for grabs today is a Mondo Patch Panel from OC Tactical. The Mondo panel is made from a single piece of Mil Spec Berry compliant Velcro Brand Loop on front and 1000D Cordura in Coyote Brown. It has edges finished with matching Multicam binding. There are 3 grommets along both long edges for hanging the panel on hooks, nails, or running 550 cord through. The Mondo Panel measures 24″ x 36″.

OPSGear Defensive Tactics DVD’s

We’re kicking off week two of the National Preparedness Month of giveaways with a Bang! Up today is a three set defensive tactics DVD set from OPSGear. The DVD’s are hosted by David Burnell founder of OPS Gear, a veteran of the Air Force and a National Tae Kwon Do champion. Included in the giveaway are Defensive Tactics volume 1,2 and 3. The combined run time is over three and a half hours. They feature live person demonstrations so you can see real life responses and interactions. The DVD’s are all shot and edited in high definition.

Up today is a Ribz front pack. If you have not seen this thing yet its pretty amazing. It’s a pack that rides on the front over your ribs. It’s made from 210d water-resistant ripstop nylon. The approx weight on the Ribz is 9 oz. The average storage capacity is between 600-800 cubic inches. The design allows up to ten pounds to be comfortable carried.The color of this model is Alpine green and is the large size, waist size 32-44.

Up today is the oh so delicious and (mostly) paleo friendly Lara Bars. If you somehow have not heard of they are a brand of energy bar made from fruit, nuts and spices. Larabar’s are made from whole foods and each flavor contains no more than nine ingredients. They were created by Lara Merriken during a hike in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She wanted to create a “very healthy product that tasted delicious”. In that regard Lara hit a home run.
