And absolutely never join a Dojo that doesn’t do sparring. Sparring is an absolute must for Martial Arts For Survival.
Personally, I think that every man should be sparring regularly.
We talk about how size really is important. Many in the martial arts community would have you think that size is no match for skill. And that simply isn’t true.
