Join us this week as we talk about topics such as: Montana trying to ban yoga pants?! Michelle Obama say’s eating healthy will keep the government out of your life. Starbucks will start offering paleo friendly coconut milk.
The main topic of the week is on Audiobooks and podcasts. The listener has a long commute and wants to know some things to listen to on the drive. We list both survival, dystopian fiction as well as some learning and entertainment ones.
Mike and I both have long commutes and prefer to listen to podcast over the radio. I realized we somehow didn’t mention the Lost Skills Podcast with Jeff Radtke and included that in the show notes. I love the near endless amount of podcasts to choose from. There are podcasts on any topic you are interested in. If you can’t find one on a topic start one.

I would like to recommend several technology podcasts. The first is the newsreal podcast, currently at newsreal.ca. Disclaimer: I do contribute to this show so I have a biased opinion on its greatness. It’s a show that features news stories about technology with a cyberpunk slant. I also enjoy Pure Decking at galaxyradio15.com, it is similar in content to newsreal but the format is different as there are multiple co hosts. The Tek is a technology video podcast currently hosted on there youtube channel, TekSyndicate. They are currently getting a Linux and an Enterprise channel off the ground as well. I hope someone finds these shows useful or entertaining.
