Drew Taddia On Reducing Stress And Toxicity For Health
Drew Taddia traveled the world as a professional athlete coming from Canada, through the US, and overseas into Australia and Germany following his dreams and passion of baseball. He quickly became the ‘go to’ guy regarding fitness and nutrition as he continually experimented on his own body to find out what foods.
I talk with Drew about how stress affects our health. What are some things that you can do to reduce the stress in your life? Nothing crazy and secret here. Drew basically teaches the same things I tell you guys all the time. Although we differ on meat ( to each their own). Don’t eat junk food, sugar, and gluten. Get some form of activity in your life. Have fun and be active.
