Camping For Family Fun And Survival Practice

This week I’m talking all about Camping For Family Fun And Survival Practice. Recently my family and I went camping. And It was a great time. For my daughter, it was her first time. For my wife and I, it had been a long time. The last time we had been camping was on our wedding night. 

My wife only thinks about camping when it’s insanely hot outside though. This time we went in the 90-something-degree heat and no regrets were had. 

 

 

Correction Of Errors

On this camping trip, we made a few mistakes that we will correct on the next trip. I forgot all about the usefulness of camp shoes. Having a comfy pair to change into at camp is great. After hiking all day day its great to have a comfortable pair of shoes for the campsite. Something airy like sandals or even crocks. 

Another thing to bring next time is heat-resistant gloves to get things off the fire.  I had some mechanix gloves but they offered little resistance to the heat of taking a skillet off the fire.
