I’ve not had any contact with the C.H Kadels folks I just thought I’d pass along this. The other day I was checking my mail and saw that I got in the new BudK catalog and something I’d never seen before. It was a C.H Kadels catalog. Immediately I was interested, the cover did a great job of peaking my curiosity. The great gear inside sold me on the catalog.
C.H Kadels
C.H Kadels was started in 2011 by Clint Kadels to be the ultimate online Military surplus and tactical store. They have a big focus on value and customer service. The catalog has a wide selection of items in the prepper/ survivalist/ tactical world with an even larger selection on the website. Looking at some of the prices on things they are very competitive and offer a great value.
Selection
Each page I turned in this catalog showed me more things I wanted. They have everything in there from 30 round magazines to MRE’s to first aid supplies and much more. To me there’s just something about a catalog that I love. Being able to flip through and look at the products to me is way better than an online experience. While flipping through I saw that they have the knock off Chinese Kabar I bought a few years ago from a Gun Show. I know what your saying right now, Who cares about Chinese made junk. Well in this case you would be wrong. When I noticed that the new Kabar I bought was stamped Made in China I was pissed. I decided to abuse this knife till I broke it. I only paid $25 so I didn’t care. After that I beat the hell out of that knife, batoning through super hard wood, chopping small trees in half and just abusing it as hard as I could. The damn thing took all that and came out still sharp and not even scratched. So in this case I’d call this Chinese made treasure, and for $25 get two: two is one and one is none.
For the awesome selection, great pricing and to have a gorgeous catalog I say head over to their site and request a catalog. Heck in a disaster there are a ton of things you could do with the catalog anyway. You could use it was tinder or a fuel source to burn. Use it was rough toilette paper. I have ordered a number of items from both Bud K and CH Kadels over the last couple years. You are correct in your assessment of the value that they offer. The only place I have found with more competitive pricing than Bud K/CH Kadels is Amazon.com. Since we’re on the topic of “manly toilet reading material” (as I like to call these catalogs), you should look into Sportsman’s Guide (I’m especially fond of their HQ Surplus and Shooters catalogs), Galati International, and Centerfire Systems Inc. Each of these catalogs are free, all you have to do is ask!
Kadel and his companies are not to be trusted, because they have proven to be untrustworthy.
They sent me trash, not the so-called high end Katanas that I paid for.

I have bought things through C.H. Kadels, but always through other avenues for the reason. I was taught by some of the best to stay off of the grid as much as possible, but I have come down to the conclusion it does not matter anymore for the simple reason. Me protecting my family and friends is my play anyhow, so the rest of society can take a walk. I love your catalog for a number of reasons one you have the items i want, and need at a fair price. two you are the right people to work with cause in your catalog you got it all and then some and that means a lot to an old dog soldier like myself so lock me in to your way of slipping and sliding, lets do bis.
